Hartwick Capital was founded in 1999, and its principals have 
participated in a variety of types and sizes of transactions. 
Typically Hartwick seeks transactions between $5 million and
$100 million but our principals have advised or led transactions 
as large as $175+ million. Hartwick’s principals pride themselves 
on their ability to quickly bring a very high level of financial and
transactional experience to the lower middle market.


Hartwick Capital has an extended network of senior lenders, 
mezzanine lenders and equity funds to assist in its endeavors. 
Hartwick typically accepts capital sourcing transactions between 
$5 million and $50 million however, transactions requiring as 
much as $100 million have been completed by its principals.
