Philip W. Blanchard is a Founder and Principal of Hartwick Capital Group LLC. Prior to joining Hartwick Capital, Blanchard was a Senior Vice President with Conning Asset Management. From 1990 through 1996, Blanchard was a Managing Director of the Chicago office of Furman Selz, LLC, a New York based investment bank serving institutional clients in both the equity and fixed income markets. From 1987 to 1990, Blanchard was the senior corporate bond trader for Van Kampen Merrit. Blanchard has also held portfolio management and trading positions with Robert W. Remos J. Lenio is a Founder and Principal of Hartwick Capital Group LLC. Prior to joining Hartwick Capital, from 1995 through 1999, Lenio was an investment banker with P&M Corporate Finance, LLC, the investment banking affiliate of Plante & Moran, LLP. From 1992 through 1995, Lenio was Vice President of Finance for Barak, Ltd., a Grand Rapids based holding company. Prior to joining Barak, Lenio was a Vice President with AT Capital, the merchant-banking subsidiary of Ameritrust in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Lenio began his professional career with Continental Bank in 1984 as part of the workout division dealing with extensive troubled oil and gas credits generated by the failed Penn Square Bank in Oklahoma City.  Lenio received an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 1984 and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Central Michigan University in 1982.
