Listed below are some of the transactions in which Hartwick Capital acted as a principal investor.

Legacy Trust: Private trust bank founded and funded through Hartwick Capital and formed to serve high net worth individuals and families in the west Michigan market.

Foundation Capital: Arranged $125 million credit facility to fund the growth of this mortgage REIT dedicated to church and not-for profit lending.

Heath Manufacturing: Hartwick and four other investors acquired and executed a turn around of the operations of this premier manufacturer of wild bird products. Heath was sold in June 2006 to a strategic buyer yielding a 70+% IRR to Hartwick.

Quality Stores: Bankruptcy court appointed stalking-horse bidder for this multi-store farm and fleet type retailer. Original bid was for $76 million and the company was ultimately sold for $104 million to Tractor Supply.

Bissell Outdoor Products: Acquired the outdoor products division of Bissell Company to incorporate as a new product line for Heath Manufacturing.

Stone Pony Equipment: Hartwick funded the initial development of this manufacturer of a new generation of concrete cutting saws.

Wellspring Management Group: Hartwick teamed with management and jointly formed an investment group to invest $2.5 Million into Wellspring which is a REIT management company.
